Our Services & Expertise
What IT services does Wavefinity offer?
We provide proactive IT support and managed services designed to keep your business running smoothly and securely. Our core offerings include:
- Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace: Migrations, day-to-day administration, and security for your email, files, and cloud collaboration tools.
- Network Installation & Management: From new office setups to upgrades of existing networks, we build networks that are fast, reliable, and secure, with Ubiquiti UniFi and WatchGuard firewalls.
- Device Management: Setup, management, and support for your Windows and Mac computers and mobile devices, including Microsoft Intune endpoint management.
- Cybersecurity Hardening: Practical security measures to protect your business from threats, including multi-factor authentication, password management solutions, email protection, and Huntress Managed EDR backed by a 24/7 security operations center.
- VoIP Phone Systems: We design, set up, and support hosted Voice over IP systems that give your team clear calls and modern features.
- Remote & On-Site Support: Whether you’re in the Vail Valley or across the U.S., we’re here to help with remote support, plus on-site visits for local clients.
Do you support businesses with on-premises servers?
No. We specialize in cloud-based businesses that run on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. If you still have an on-premises server, we’re happy to talk about moving you to the cloud.
Which network platforms do you work with?
We specialize in Ubiquiti UniFi networks and WatchGuard firewalls. We install, configure, and support them so your business network is fast, secure, and easy to manage.
Can you handle my business’s computers and devices?
Yes. We support Windows and Mac computers and mobile devices, from setting up new computers to troubleshooting, updates, and Microsoft Intune endpoint management. Our goal is to make sure your technology is always ready to work for you.
What happens if there’s a threat at 2 a.m.?
Huntress’s 24/7 security operations center is watching while we sleep. Every supported computer we manage runs Huntress Managed EDR, so Huntress’s security team can detect and investigate suspicious activity and isolate an infected computer to stop a threat from spreading. We follow up to clean things up and get you back to normal.
What kind of password management and security solutions do you provide?
We implement and manage password management platforms and multi-factor authentication to help your team reduce password-related risks. Our approach focuses on protecting your accounts, data, and email from common cyber threats.
Our Process & Support
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Our typical response time is within one business day. For clients on a monthly support plan, we offer same-day and priority response to minimize downtime for your business.
What are your support hours?
Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. For clients on a monthly support plan, after-hours and weekend emergency support is available on a best-effort basis and billed at our emergency rate. Weekend work for non-clients is by appointment.
Do you offer one-time help or ongoing monthly support?
Both. Whether you need a quick fix, project-based consulting, or a long-term IT partner, we are here to help. Our monthly plans provide the best value and priority service, but we are always open to occasional support tickets and special projects.
What does your onboarding process look like?
Getting started is simple and straightforward. We begin with a short discovery call to learn about your current setup, then securely establish remote access. From there, we document your IT environment and support preferences in our system, so you know exactly what to expect.
